Hi,

I am a member of a support team managing a computer laboratory for the Science
and Engineering Workstation Procurement (SEWP) Business Operations and
Workstation Laboratory (BOWL). Because of the nature of our business we must
allow the use of internal equipment by external users all over the world.
Any US Government personnel (and some contractors) wishing to run tests on
our laboratory machines can schedule time in our lab (via internet) prior to
purchasing any equipment off the contracts that we administer. All connections
are logged and monitored but the need for better security is always a goal.

I have personal interests in both AI and security. I am in a AI masters
program at John's Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory and have taken part in C2
accreditation testing, risk analysis, and penetration studies on behalf of a
previous employer. My primary interest is in software development.
