Todd Glassey, Network Architect, Security Analyst, 
	General all around "whipping boy" (i.e. Contractor)

I am the designer and day to day manager of what we consider 
to be a high availability, high (dynamic) bandwidth, production 
environment for Integrated Circuit Design, Manufacture, and 
Process Management.

My background is in Network Security (One of three letter 
Federal Agencies that doesn't exist) and I did some planning
and implementation work for ARPA through SUAI (Back in the 
Dark Ages). Further I have done security systems for anumber 
of Banking Facilities including the FRB.
