Greetings,

This is my obligatory introduction of myself to the ids mailing list...

I am a Network Security Administrator for Motorola Computer Group.
I am primarily interested in intrusion detection systems as another
piece of the security jigsaw puzzle.

I am particularly interested in network-oriented intrusion detection.
I'm also interested in machine intrusion detection that does not require
gobs of C2 logging data.
