I'm a system administrator/technical support for a medium-size Internet
Service Provider located in Des Moines, Iowa, USA. We provide direct connect
56K and T1 feeds as well as dial up shell and SLIP accounts. One of my
responsibilities is monitoring security on the machines that service our
dial-up customers as well as helping to plan the firewall that protects the
corporate net.
