Here are some major sites in the U.S.

CERT/CC has lots of stuff for the purpose.
The page for their report is this URL, where you will find their 
annual report, as well as their other reports.

FBI recently started their CyberNotes.
It is published every two weeks from the NIPC
(National Infrastructure Protection Center.)
