NT 4.0 does not have a C2 rating. Microsoft is in the process of getting
it evaluated I hear. They will have to get re-evaluated for NT 5 when it
ships.. and so on.. Technicaly, the C2 rating is only if it is running on
a certian type of machine, I think compaq made it. So it is even less
useful than one would think.
